I just love all of the inspiring quotes and images contained in one place. Pinterest is a real time sucker for me, but I can’t seem to just browse there for a minute or two. Some day maybe my house will be filled with all of the decorating ideas I have pinned, my family will have eaten some of the many recipes I have pinned, I will try out at least one of the many sewing projects that I can help myself from pinning, hmmmm…or maybe I will just spend that time pinning more fantastic ideas!

Sweet Adeline

When did this little one get so big??  Adeline is 13 and a half months now and she is starting to no longer be a baby.   She  is playing and dancing and laughing it up with her big sisters and brother. She is such a happy and easy-going girl and we all just adore her! Kind of makes me a bit sad, but I can sometimes see glimpses of our future with no babies in the house. I have had at least one child (usually 2 and there for a while 3!) in diapers for the past 8 years. I am ready to move on with that phase of our life. Darby is almost ready for the potty and once she is done Adeline will be up next! Hmmm, think of all the scrap goodies I buy with that diaper $$$! 

Scrappy weekend

I actually completed 4 (yes 4, !!!!) layouts this weekend.  And I have another one on my desk that is almost done. Very happy about it, I kinda feel back in the groove of things.

I actually used up some of my stash that I had been hoarding a bit (notice on that last one I use a whole package of buttons!!) Used up some chipboard that I had hanging around. Feels good to use some of the things I have been staring at for a while. I pulled out the Sizzix Texture Boutique, it had definitely been collecting some dust, but now it is back in action!
